Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-21 business days for international orders, subject to carrier timelines, customs clearance, and unforeseen delays such as weather or logistical issues.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination, with customers responsible for any applicable duties or taxes for international shipments.

Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Wings and Props Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays due to customer-provided address errors, and additional shipping costs for re-delivery will apply.

If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, customers must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate a claim.
